Refund Eligibility
We offer a 30-day refund policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for your course. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at rtanalytics07@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
Course Access Issues
If you experience any technical issues accessing the course, missing content, or problems with your account, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided in the following situations:
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
- 20% of the course has already been completed or downloaded
- The refund request is considered abusive or fraudulent
- The course was purchased during a special promotion marked as non-refundable
Exchanges
As this is a digital course, exchanges are not applicable. However, if you purchased the wrong course by mistake, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are purchasing from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, by accessing the digital course content immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the course content has been fully accessed or downloaded.
Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
